Ministry of Energy revokes 23 licenses

The Ministry of Energy and Industry has concluded the first phase of
inspections of the subjects that sell fuels for not fulfilling the legal
requirements of minimal capacities and technical conditions.

The order of Minister Gjiknuri has already been sent to the National Center of Licensing, the General Directory of Taxes and the General Directory of Customs.

The Ministry of Energy declared they will continue inspections of all subjects, starting from the production, processing, transporting and trading of fuels.

The subjects whose licenses were revoked are:“Joni MD”, “Halilaj Hollding Group”, “Duçellari 2010”, “Ina Petrol”, “Al Prima”, “Gentjan 2011”, “Alfa Omega Enterprise”, “New Petrol”, “Lilo Petrol 2011Compani”, “Dizayn Gaz”, “Niti Petrol Company”, “Gramozi Oil Compani”, “Albania Oil Compani 2011”, “Petroleum 2011- Company”, “Lloga Oil Company”, “Power Sprint Oil”, “Sheng Oil”, “Eurostandard Oil”, “Evo Power”, “Dion Petroleum”, “Tangra Group”, “East Mediterranean” “Kalaja”.
