Ministry gives details about the Kukes Airport concession

The Ministry of Infrastructure declared that two Albanian companies, Bami shpk and Global Technical Mechanics have offered to invest 8 million EUR for making the Kukes Airport functional.
According to the agreement, most of the shares, 70%, will go to Bami and Global Technical Mechanics. The government will own 30%.
The companies don’t have any experience in airport management, but they have a cooperation agreement with the Dutch Company, NACO, which has a wide experience in managing international airports.
