The Minister of Education, Lindita Nikolla, reacted after the video
showing a 3-year-old being beaten in a private kindergarten in Tirana.
She said the institution she leads has never tolerated and never will tolerate such cases.
The Minister of Education asked parents to cooperate and denounce cases when laws are violated. She warned severe violations, including revoked licenses.
