More Albanians have not been allowed to cross the border with Greece the
recent days, and the Minister of Interior, Saimir Tahiri, is meeting
with the Chief of the Greek Police, Konstantinos Tsouvalas, who is
attending a visit in Tirana.

Minister asked the Greek side of the border to respect the Schengen movement, based on the laws, and not return citizens without reason.

60 people were returned in the past 24 hours only, and the same situation appears in Kapshtica, where workers travel to Greece for the seasonal olive picking jobs.

Minister Tahiri asked the Greek Police to also carry out transparent investigations for the deaths of Ilia Kareli and Pellumb Marknikollaj in Greek prisons.
