Minister of Integration meets Chountis: “EU not complete without Balkan”

The Minister of Integration, Klajda Gjosha, met with the Greek Minister of European Matters, Nicholaos Chountis.
In this meeting they discussed about the relations between the two countries and the European perspective of Albania. Gjosha also underlined the determination of the Albanian government to complete the standards.
“Albania aims to become part of the European Union, based on the principles of merit and fulfillment of standards”, Gjosha declared.
The Minister thanked Greece for the support given to Albania in the integration processes, and declared that the European project is incomplete without Western Balkan countries.
The Greek Minister underlined the completion of the accession standards and criteria not as a task, but as a need for the country itself.
