The Minister of Finances defended the government’s normative act for
the budget amends. He considered them as necessary for the economic
growth, and to adopt to the new territory diviosn.
He said that this normative act is important to give to the economic growth the right development.
Cani declared that the budget review came as a necessity by the administrative reform.
When asked about the lower revenues from taxes, the Minister stood to his former arguments. He said that the revenues have dropped due to the increased GDP in agriculture and energy, the dropped banking system interest rates. He said that this is a good signal for the economy, since the dropped interest rate and the lower oil price in the international market will increase crediting.
