business climate.
“We have received more than 350 propositions from the business community, which have been taken in consideration for the draft-law”, Ahmetaj said.
The Minister of Finances has specified the key elements of this draft, which, according to him, will make things easier for the private sector.
“Some elements that I want to underline are the right to correct their delays before receiving penalties for a period of five years. The Administration will be bound to make a warning, 45 days before they make the inspection, There will be a new concept for using tax precedents for implementing the legislation, and the restructuring of the appeal concept, which will have final decisions for the fiscal administration”, Ahmetaj explained.
He added that with this draft, the government is making possible a new standard for making procedures easier and improve the business climate as never before in the past 25 years.
