After the three missing Chinese miners were found dead today, Albanian
authorities will study the dynamics and cause of the accident, to
prevent similar occurrences in the future.
The Minister of Energy and Industry, Damian Gjiknuri, expressed his condolences to the relatives of the three miners who died in this accident.
“I want to thank the rescue groups who worked under extremely difficult conditions, day and night, with the hope that the three trapped miners would come out alive. Unfortunately, these hopes vanished after they found the bodies. The authorities will analyze the dynamics and the cause of this accident, to prevent similar occurrences in the future”, Gjiknuri said.
