The Minister of Education, Lindita Nikolla asked every parent or student
to ask for the purchase bill in libraries and report sellers if they
refuse to issue it.
Nikolla asked citizens to cooperate, since this is a very simple action for a citizen that aspires to be part of the EU.
This is the only way, according to the Minister, to have higher salaries and more investments in the health and education system.
