The Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Damian Gjiknuri, announced the government plan to cooperate with private companies for several main roads.
Gjiknuri said in front of the Commission of Economy that the budget cannot fund major project, but they can be realized with the PPP scheme.
Gjiknuri said that they will also carry out an audit for the Tirana-Elbasan investment.
