The Minister of Finances, Arben Ahmetaj, presented farmers a 300 million
EUR investment plan foreseen for the next four years through the EU
program “IPARD”.
“Our program for agriculture is based on support for farmers, encouraging farms bigger than five hectares and promote a productive economy”, Ahmetaj declared.
