The President of Albania, Ilir Meta, met with the Prime Minister of Northern Rhine-Westphalia in Germany, Mr.Armin Lasched, during.
Meta expressed his gratitude to Germany, for the help that the German people have given to Albanians during the NATO accession and EU integration, underlining that this support remains vital for opening the Eu accession negotiations for the next year.
He underlined that the strategic operation between both countries must spread in all areas.
“We want more bilateral and regional projects and investments with your state, especially in economy, energy, infrastructure, tourism, environment, and agriculture, which would get Albania closer to this important state of Germany”, Meta said.
