The former Deputy Prime Minister, Ilir Meta, will run again as the
leader of the Socialist Movement for Integration, as sources from this
party declared.
They say that the SMI elections will be held within this month and so far Meta is the only runner.
This makes his confirmation as leader almost certain, a post from which he resigned after the release of the video that showed him and former Minister of Energy, Trade and Economy allegedly discussing about corruptive financial affairs.
