Meta responds to the EU Delegation

Top Channel asked the EU Delegation in Tirana about the critics coming of President Ilir Meta. In response, the EU Delegation said that the reform is being investigated in full compliance with the Albanian Constitution.
The delegation also underlined that the judiciary reform and Albania’s Integration process should be a priority for every Albanian politician, more reason for unity rather than division, for the best interest of the Albanian people.
Tedi Blushi, the Spokesperson for President Meta, responded by saying that the President not only has done every possible effort, systematically and in full transparence, but he will also do everything possible for a constitutional implementation of the judiciary reform, in order to avoid delays, collapse, unilateral implementation, division and political capturing of the system.
“The President will not stop working under this spirit, responding as by obligation to the Albanian people. The President cannot stop anyone from singing “from victory to victory” (referring to a propaganda song of the former communist regime), neither solo or in a choirs.
