A few days before of the new Parliamentary session, the Albanian
Parliament Speaker, Edi Rama, held a meeting with the leaders of the
institutions elected by the department that he leads.
Speaking on the priorities of the Parliamentary session of 2014, Meta declared that the main challenges are the realization of the local territorial administration reforms and the justice reform.
“First of all it’s the territorial administration reform. This reform that would improve the local administration has been delayed, and it would make it more efficient for the development policies. I greet the initiative presented by the majority, for creating a bipartisan commission. Secondly, it is the justice reform, which is the main priority, and the integration reform. The Albanian citizens need an European justice. This is the foundation on which the society progresses”, Meta declared.
