Meta meets Georgian counterpart in Tbilisi

Parliament Speaker Ilir Meta was received by his Georgian counterpart in Tbilisi, David Usupashvili.
Besides the good cooperation between the two countries, Meta asked for more mutual cooperation between the countries, with the help of the Parliaments.
Meta said that Albania supports the Euro-Atlantic aspirations of Georgia and sees it as a clear orientation towards peace and stability in the Caucas area.
Meta confirmed Albania’s support to the territorial integrity of Gerogia and expressed its will for mutual cooperation.
The Parliament Speaker of Georgia expressed the gratitude of Georgia and their support to Albania. They shared the same conviction that the Parliaments should cooperate in opening new possibilities for enlargement.
