Parliament Speaker Ilir Meta held a meeting with the acting Governor of the Bank of Albania, Elisabeta Gjoni.
The Socialist Movement for Integration says that Mr.Meta expressed his support and readiness to preserve the independence of this institution.
The Parliament Speaker declared that the Bank of Albania has been a factor of stability, and he asked cooperation with the IMF and other international institutions.
