Meta: Let’s vote the three laws

“Let’s pass these three laws now that the Parliamentary session is about to close, so that the country can receive the candidate status within this year. Without good will, the passing of these three laws will remain a very big responsibility of the new Parliament and there are fewer chances that the country will profit the European Union candidate status within this year”, declared the Socialist Movement for Integration leader, Ilir Meta.

For Meta, these three laws are very important. He said that the law for the Administrative Court should enter in act this September, and based on the recent appointments at the judiciary court, Meta declared that those appointments are biased and non professional.

“Based on the rushed appointments made recently with the highest courts, which are more biased and damage the independence of the judiciary. We propose that we overlook the political interests and make this law to enter in effect on September, with the new Parliament”, Meta declared.

The Parliament has decided to close the works with this legislature on May 25th, which leaves three weeks for passing the laws.
