Greek authorities arrested Vasil Rama, 36, wanted by international
police for violent robbery and a series of other serious crimes.
Greek authorities say Rama was inside a vehicle while trying to cross the Kapshtica border towards Albania.
Rama is a suspected member of the so-called “Yellow Audi gang”, which is accused of violent robberies and even of murder in Italy.
In all robberies, they have used a yellow Audi with which they left the scene with a very high speed. The Audi then ran over a Russian immigrant.
Italian authorities believe Rama might be able to reveal information about the rest of the crimes committed by this gang.
Sources said for Top Channel that Rama’s extradition is certain and the procedure will be accelerated, due to the high-risk of the crimes.
