The Rector of the Medicine University, Ali Rafatlari, declared that
students were aware about their payment before they were registered.
“They were very clear about everything since the beginning. The knew that they would pay 235.000 ALL and on which year they were about to be registered”, Rafatllari declared in a press release.
The rector underlined that there is no discrimination for these students, since they have received a right they did not deserve.
“The real discriminated students are those who won 6000 points and were not qualified based on merits. These students have 3000 points. The discrimination here is on their favor”, Rafatllari declared.
