Mayor Veliaj in Japan, cooperation for Tirana’s sewage system

The Municipality of Tirana will cooperate with the Japanese government for the sewage water management of Albania’s capital.

Veliaj met with the Japanese Development Agency leader, Shinichi Kitaoka, who guaranteed the Japanese funding of the sewage management and filtration systems.

The Mayor met with the Japanese Foreign Minister, Taro Kono, to discuss concrete projects in various fields, and also about removing the visa regime for Albanian citizens.
