The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, joined the other politicians who gave official messages for the Kurban Bayram.
After a meeting with the Muslim community, Veliaj appealed for more equality on this holy day.
He also said that the works for the Namazgja mosque are on the right track.
