MP Mark Frrok might be tried by the Albanian justice, not the Belgian
one, for the murder case of Aleksander Kurti in Brussels. Belgium has
sent through Interpol a 2500-page case against Frroku and Arjan Bytyci.
The material was sent at the Ministry of Justice, which is translating and preparing it for the case.
Frroku is identified by the Belgian justice with three different identities, Besnik Morina, Dritan Frroku and Pirro Sofrani.
The Prosecution General confirms for Top Channel that the verdict will be implemented in both countries.
Since the Albanian judiciary tends to make the trials last a very long time, it remains to be seen if Frroku’s case will also take tha long.
As for the Doshi case, Frroku is being investigated for hiding assets and money laundering.
Frroku is currently being kept at the prison hospital due to health problems.
