The President of Albania, Ilir Meta, confirmed during an interview with journalist Eni Vasili, on “Studio e Hapur”, that he has demanded additional information from the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, as regards the negotiations with Greece.
“There was a reflection from the Foreign Ministry, which in some elements has demanded further verification”, Meta said, considering this just a process.
Meta said that he has requested verifications for the entire negotiating group, as regards colonel Mecollari, member of this group.
The President said he only referred to official information from state institutions, but added that he had no additional information about him so far.
