Heavy snow closes schools in Southeastern and Northeastern Albania
All schools in Dibra, Kukes , deep areas of Elbasan, Librazhd, Korce, have been closed or held shorter teaching hours.
Rural roads were blocked for children in Bulqiza and the entire Dibra district.
Remote villages in Korca were also blocked. Traffic in Pogradec was interrupted for several hours.
There have been snow precipitations in lower areas as well.
