Snow precipitations have continued relentlessly during last night and this morning, reaching even lower areas.
Many schools were closed in Peshkopia, Bulqiza, while the roads connecting villages in this districted can be crossed by vehicles only with tire chains.
Many surrounding areas in Elbasan, Shkoder and Korca have been blocked as well.
