Manjani proposes law amends for Magistrate School

The Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, proposed law amends for the
Magistrate School. He proposed also to open the acception quota.
Manjani says that this initiative is made to prepare human resources and cover the judge reevaluation process.
“Students who studied abroad and those who have golden medals will have a priority. The Magistrate School must train more judges and prosecutors”, Manjani said.
The Ministry of Justice started the consultations for this project with more important actors, such as the Magistrate School and the Ministry of Education.
The draft-law is seen as very important for the future of the judiciary and also for the future of Albanian students who received education abroad. This initiative is even more important for the Reevaluation Process of Judges and Prosecutors.
