The man who killed his cousin at the Gjuraj village, Dukagjin, handed
himself over at the Shkoder Police, together with the crime weapon.
The 31-year-old Bludaj shot and killed his cousin, Gjok Arra, 31, with a TT handgun he illegally possessed.
Preliminary investigation show that the motive was land property. Ludvigj Bludaj is accused of murder and illegal arm possession.
