One person was shot dead in Tirana last night, near the “Selman Stermasi” stadium.
Elton Cico was killed inside a cafe by unidentified shooters.
The victim was sent to hospital heavily wounded, but unfortunately couldn’t survive.
The circumstances remain unclear.
