Luck has saved a nine-year-old minor from being kidnapped by a person in Fier.
The kidnapping attempt took place today near the Music School of Fier. Fortunately, a police officer was close to the scene. He heard the minor shouting for help and intervened.
The 22-year-old Kristian Binjaku was arrested, while police are investigating if this kidnapping attempt was part of a traffic, or if the 22-year-old was acting alone on an isolated case.
