The Tirana Police has arrested a 65-year-old accused of heinous deeds
with minors. He was reported by the parents of a minor, who accused the
65-year-old of sexually harassing the child this Sunday at 18:30, at the
Zogu i Pare Boulevard.
Police arrested three hours later Ndue Luken, resident of Paskuqan.
Based on the eye witnesses, the Tirana Police presented the materials to the Prosecution for one of the most serious crimes of the Penal Code, foreseen by law 108.
