A 63-year-old who was accused of domestic violence against his wife
asked for an investigative case, claiming that it wasn’t him using
violence, but on the contrary, that he was the victim of his wife.
The session was held behind closed doors, but the man who was accused has allegedly told to the court: “My weight is 50 kilograms. My wife goes up to 100. It is impossible for me to beat her and that’s why I ask you to prove this”.
The woman had accused her husband of consuming alcohol and then beating her. The defendant admitted that he consumed alcohol and that during this summer he had also suffered violence from his son.
The man claims that he has signs of violence on his body, and the Court decided to keep him for 30 days in prison until the investigators conclude the proper procedures.
