Majority rejects Presidential decree for Police Vetting Law

The majority has rejected the presidential decree, who returned the Vetting Police law in Parliament.

The Minister of Interior, Sander Lleshaj, said that the government is trying to affect the process politically with the new changes.

“If we don’t reject the Presidential decree, we will be taking down the vetting process”, Minister Lleshaj declared.

MP Rudina Hajdari said that the parliamentary group that is now in opposition are actually fearing another possible agreement between Rama and Basha.

“I can feel it that they have done an agreement, but not for the sake of the people”, Rudina Hajdari said.
