Majority divided in Permet, SP unites votes with the DP

After Shkoder, Diber and Prrenjas, another Municipality is seeing the majority divided for the Municipal Council.
In Permet, the Socialists united their votes with the DP against the SMI.
The Socialist MP, Veli Mehmeti, won with 14 votes in favor and eight against the SMI. Only one week ago, in Prrenjas, the SMI united the votes with the DP to block the SP.
Permet is the second case when the SP unites votes with the DP, after Shkoder.
