Macedonia, opposition demands Zaev’s resignation and interim government

The biggest opposition party in Macedonia, VMRO-DPMNE has requested Prime Minister Zaev to resign.

VMRO declared at its Central Committee meeting that the results of the referendum should not be recognized, and that the country should be led by an interim government.

Nikolovski, MP of the biggest opposition party, added that if Zaev wants to announce early elections, he must respect the agreement for organizing the elections through an interim government with a 100-day term.
