In his first declaration after being declared winner of Dibra, Muharrem
Rama promised to keep all the promises made during the campaign.
He said that this is a great day for Dibra and its citizens. Infrastructure, he promised, will be the first issue they will be addressing to.
Damian Gjiknuri, coordinator of Rama’s campaign, said that the majority has the trust of the Dibra citizens.
“We received the trust of the Dibra electorate. The coalition was part of this victory”, he declared.
The result is not final yet, since there are still a few remaining ballot boxes, but they will not affect the victory of the Socialist candidate.
