The Chairwoman of the CEC, Lefteri Luzi, declared that the process is going well and the participation is more than 45%.
She adds that all materials have been prepared to be sent over, and that the process is being monitored normally. She appealed the ballot counters to show responsibility with the management of ballot materials.
The ballot count has started in Pustec, according to Luzi, and the participation in a national scale is at about 47.92%.
