The vice leader of the Socialist Movement for Integration, Luan Rama,
declared that his party is a serious political force which respects its
promises, especially those related to the government. When asked about
Edi Rama’s declarations regarding the coalition, Luan Rama said:

“SMI is a serious political force that respects all agreements, especially coalition agreements. We will keep working with seriousness to fulfill all obligations that derive from this agreement. SMI will be oriented only by the citizens’ interest. We have no tactical reasons, just strategic priorities, and our priority is Albania’s EU integration”, Rama said.

Luan Rama said that the main achievements of the SMI for this year are the justice reform consensus, and financial transparency of their party. He added that the constructive role of the SMI was constant and unchanged.

“The Justice Reform makes way for a vital and very important process, related to the way how our state operates. It makes it possible for us as an aspiring country to make everything possible for our justice to be functional, and which respects the law, so that this entire product goes to citizens, as it has been happening in every other country of the EU. The constructive role and the loyalty of the SMI has been constant and unchanged. Another political achievement that separates SMI from the rest of politics, was the decision to make transparent every cent that goes into our budget”, Rama declared.
