Long queues at Registration Office after operation against informality

After the Prime Minister declared that the government will launch a wide
national operation against informality, the National Registration Center
saw queues of people registering their businesses.
They say the applications have been quadrupled, creating long queues.
The government’s anti-evasion operation has started giving some effects at least in this direction.
But are these just small evaders who have their businesses for surivival, or the ones who really damage the budget?
This might be seen by the end of the year, when the government will have to make the fiscal balance with the IMF.
