The Coalition of Local Observers introduced the fourth report for the June 21st elections, saying that the progress was good, and that the political atmosphere so far is not damaging the will of voters.
“This will legitimize the elections and will give credibility to the entire process”, the CLO representatives declared.
According to the CLO, the political pressure on Local Election Commissions is a problem, together with the delay encountered when establishing ballot counting groups.
