Local observers: Family votes and campaign in voting centers

The Coalition for Free, Honest Elections and Stable Democracy (KZLNDQ)
published their first conclusions about the Election Day throughout the
country:

“Based on the impartial information of the Coalition, the first part of the day was normal, except a few isolated incidents”, said Mirela Bogdani, legal expert of KZLNDQ.

The coalition has identified 24 violations throughout the country, half of which in Durres. However, most of the violations are for campaign in front of the voting centers and family votes.

The KZLNDQ says that the participation in a national scale by 14:00 was 31.6%, 47% women and 53% men.

This coalition has 100 observers throughout the country.
