Abandoned by his family and without a legal assistance, Maksim Lico
received the arrest measure from the Tirana Court. He was reported by
Top Channel’s investigative program, “Fiks Fare”, while demanding sexual
favors from a 16-year-old orphan in exchange of aid through his
association “Focus on Orphans”.
The Tirana Prosecution seized the video footage and the social media conversations between Lico and the boy who presented himself as an orphan. The Tirana Prosecution will interview the children sheltered at the “Focus on Orphans”.

Besides the public opinion and law -enforcing agencies, which acted immediately, Maksim Lico is also facing pressure from his family and the fact that no lawyer accepts to defend him. Sources from the Tirana Prosecution say that no relative has met the 50-year-old man, married with two children. He declared at the police that he was repented and demanded a second chance.
