Electoral process in Lezha has been generally calm, and preliminary data suggest that 40% of the citizens have voted.
According to Top-Channel’s reporter in this district, the participation in Rreshen has been 40% and in Laç 35%-40%.
The process remains calm, beside some sporadic incidents, one of which happened at voting center no. 850 in Laç, where the ballot papers have been signed and the voting process was stopped.
The voting process in Milot was disrupted because the secretary of this center has left, taking the seal with him.
At 19:00, all over Albania, the ballot boxes will be closed.
