The owners of the house that Swiss deputy Dick Marty referred as “The yellow house” have sued European Council’s reporter on defamation and moral damage charges in Tirana’s Court.
Their law suit expresses their moral damage caused after Mr. Dick Marty put their house under investigation without valid arguments and by slandering. He has been referring to their house as an illegal clinic where former KLA soldiers performed illegal transplants of human organs.
The plaintiff Imer Brama said that he is asking the court to oblige Dick Marty to refute the 2010 December 15th report and pay a sum of 10 million ALL.
“It’s a suit for moral damages caused by the untrue circumstances presented on this report. This house has never been leased and never have there been organ transplantations in here”, said Roland Islami, Brama family lawyer.
The plaintiffs state on this document that Dick Marty has intentionally imputed the fault to Albania, but under the law, the Brama family has indirectly been damaged.
The mentioning of this house in the Dick Marty’s report as a KLA base to perform human organ’s transplantation, brought experts to investigate. The plaintiffs declare that these investigations have been a nightmare for their family.
