Leader of the Socialist Movement for Integration: “I will arm the people”

The leader of the Socialist Party for Integration, Ilir Meta, recently
voted as President of Albania, said that he would arm the people if the
government didn’t find the persons who attacked Gjovalin Mark Gjini in
Lezhe, a SMI member.
Meta declared that Socialist Party gangs are working with the police, and that a relative of the Lezhe Chief of Police is running for the SP.
The State Police reacted immediately and said that they are investigating the attack. However, Police say the victim has not reported anything concrete to relate the incident to political motivations. Police also appealed political leaders to not involve their forces in their rhetoric.
