Lawyers protest against fiscal case

Lawyers have opposed the fiscal case and they decided to protest by abandoning courts throughout the country.
Fatmir Braka, Chairman of the Chamber of Advocacy in Tirana, said that he is joining the protest since he first of all is a lawyer.
Saimir Visha, chairman of the Criminal Lawyers Association said that the more they stay silent, the more they will be attacked by “so-called tax institutions”.
The case for the fiscal cases to lawyers is at court, while lawyers lost the first case for VAT.
