Law experts say the actions of Interior Minister Demiraj this Sunday,
who came personally to not allow officers seize projectors for
verification, after DP rally participants complained of skin rash, are a
serious violation of the law.
According to experts, the Minister has violated article 301 of the Criminal Code, which is obstructing justice.
Now it is up to the Prosecution if they will start any investigation against Demiraj, who has been appointed just one week ago.
The Minister was filmed by body-cameras of police officers sent to seize projectors for investigation. He told officers they couldn’t seize all of the projectors, because they had to be used for the electoral campaign of the Democratic Party.
