The leader of the self-determination movement, Albin Kurti, after meeting with the Albanian Prime Minister, said he is optimistic for more cooperation between botu countries.

Kurti responded to journalists about the Balkan mini-Schengen.

“I will wait and see what it is specifically. It seems more like an idea than a project. We need to see it on paper”, he said.

“We talked about our common ideas, about our two countries. We want Kosovo and Albania ot coordinate their stances in the foreign policy but also as regards economy. The synergistic effect we have with Albania has not been used at it full extent. Our cooperation has been irregular. We are different people, different politicians, but we must work so that our disagreements don’t put our cooperation in danger”, Kurti declared.
