The former Greek Foreign Minister, Nikos Kotzias, said that although he and Bushati are no longer ministers, they will still meet on March 16th.
When asked about the “Active War State Law With Albania”, which has been on for the past 75 years, Kotzias declared that this matter was part of a package and not everyone wanted to see it resolved.
“Albania’s Constitutional Court was not complete and since the last agreement was rejected by it, they had to have the Court first, to review the law. Out of 11 members, the Court was left with only two. There are some movements now in this direction, but we will have to wait and see. There is also the issue of the disagreements between PM Rama and President Meta, for reasons that we could discuss in another interview”, Kotzias declared.
According to him, both Ministers who had almost finalized the agreement, were both removed.
“The Department of European and International Studies in Pire will hold a seminary in 15 and 16 March. Ditmir Bushati is among the people who will honor me with his presence and who promised to be there even the second day”, Kotzias said.
