June 2nd will end the usage of the old Serbian car plates for Kosovo.
The Kosovo Police has taken the government decision and it will be implemented this Saturday.
After June 2nd, the police is authorized to confiscate any vehicle that doesn’t have Kosovo’s plates.
The Serbian negotiator at the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue delegation, Borko Stefanovic, declared that this decision is an abuse of the agreements that have been reached in Brussels.
The Kosovo negotiator of the Kosovo-Serbia negotiations, Edita Tahiri, declared that this decision was part of an agreement in Brussels.
